Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756 – 1791) is probably the most famous of the classical period (1730 – 1820). Known in is time as a child prodigy – often attributed to his innate genius, but more reasonably attributed to his father’s designs – Mozart wrote prolifically in many instrumental genres, including; Piano Sonatas, String Quartets and Symphonies.
